  • My daughter attends this school and it really leaves a lot to be desired. They really do not care about any of the students except for those that are in the Math and Science Academy and those who are into the more popular sports. When you call to ask questions they have enormous attitudes. The (...) is ineffective and only a few teachers really and truly care about the students. They are riding on what Mays High School used to represent. They fail to realize that they have to continue to fuel the engine if they want to keep up the same momentum. I am trying to find my daughter somewhere else to go.

  • principal is very difficult to contact; does not return emails or phone calls. does not keep appointments with parents. good school for self motivated students because teachers only take interest in those that are doing well. teachers do not provide information that is helpful and get offended when questions are asked. do not post homework assignments. good extracurricular activities. children allowed to walk in and out of class at will. children are attacked at school by other students on a regular basis. violence.
