This school is somewhat full of people who take the "prep" part of northland prepatory academy to a high. Most students that go to this school are preppy, rich, children who are ranked by what Cliques they are in. They have no respect for other students at other schools. Most parents think that this school is fantastic for their children, but if you were a student-who goes to NPA or to a different school-, you would expierience something totally different. At games, they rub it in your face that you lost. They do have good teams, but they have to understand that they have to be good loosers and good winners also. Me and my family were proposing to go to this school from hearing the somewhat wonderful comments about it. I didn't get into the school and I am glad that I didn't. If i joined now, they would propbaly shun me because They do not have room for me in their cliques. This school is great academic wise but all the teachers want you to do is win or succeed. They will push you to extreme limits to achieve THEIR goal for you. Please do not judge my opinoin on this school. Check it out for yourself.Once again, This is an opinion not a fact. Most of this Info. is from a students point of view.

Rated again (8/2010) by Newsweek Magazine as one of the top high schools in the country. NPA is ranked #166 out of 1623 schools (those 1623 are the top 6% in the nation). Consistent college preparatory education, taught by a superb, experienced staff, in a small school (~360 total students). Recent graduates have gone on to Princeton, Yale, MIT, Dartmouth, and many, many other prestigious universities.
