  • I have to say that htis school is decent. I feel if we had started here with their school standards there would be no problem. We came here from a much higher standard of enducation in Virginia. It was not a perfect fit for my above average 2nd grader. It's difficult for them when their class sizes are always fluctuating and there are no set things to do when a child is excelling in certain subjects.
Now for my son who is special ed. It's GREAT! They have knowledgable staff and work at a slower pace to allow room for growth.
Like I said. Good and Bad. That's why my daughter is going to be homeschooled while my son is not.

  • I would just like to say that I really like Mokapu. My children have always grown up in the same home town and moving here was a BIG change. However, they have really loved being here and in Mokapu School. The teachers and staff have really made them feel at home and I am very thankful for that. As for their education....I think they are avg. Ofcoarse there are a few things that need work but then again, what shcool doesn't.
