  • My child does not fit into the "perfect child mold" (though she's perfect to me)- she has sensory challenges which affect her socially, behaviorally, and academically and Ms. Michelle and her staff are very caring and supportive. They do all they can to be sure she is comfortable and learning just as much as the other kids. They treat her as an individual but help her to fit in with all her classmates. Their positive disciplinary techniques are consistent with those that we implement at home.

Despite her challenges, she has been able to learn her ABCs, colors, and numbers, as well as important social graces. I especially like the music, computer, art and gym classes. Also, they have monthly lesson plans that they provide the families so that we can discuss the topic of the day with her.

Every time I drop her off, the children say hello to her and hug her and when I pick her up she is playing with the children in their amazing and safe playgrounds. The families at Precious Angels always seem happy and friendly.

The staff of Precious Angels recognize that all children have strengths. They are very respectful of confidentiality and go out of their way to let me know how she does and praise her in some way every day. Every time I go to pick up my daughter, she is so happy! She can't wait to show me the stamps she worked so hard to earn all day.

Also, they go out of their way to make my daughter and I feel welcome. The service provided there is like no other- from being escorted from the car to the door in the rain by staff carrying an umbrella- to the impeccably clean and sparkling facilities. There is always a staff member who opens the door and greets you- a great start of the day.

Also, it is convenient that they provide hot lunch in case I forget or are in too much of a hurry. The security provides me with a sense of comfort when I can't be with my little girl. They have two sets of locked doors and security cameras. Their playground has safe fences and is not easily accessible to the public. Also, they always have a nurse on staff.

My daughter and I have been a family of Precious Angels since she was only 5 months old. The same staff that greeted us and cared for my child on the first day of school are the staff that are still with her. The staff report that administration have guided them through their college career. Also, I am impressed with the new uniforms- it provides a team spirit, a sense of professionalism, and a noncompetitive environment.
