  • Utica Elementary is a 4 star school and for good reason. The staff and teachers are active and dedicated. My son loves going to Utica. Due to their popularity they will not accept any transfers. You must live in the district. I bought a house out of the district and they are no longer allowing me to keep him here. :-(
