  • Pacific Harbor Christian School has a 30 year history in the community of Wilmington. Its mission is to build Christ-like character and academic excellence in each student while preparing them to succeed in a challenging world. The school offers a variety of programs such as athletic programs for girls and boys, physical education for 1st-8th grades, middle school electives such as computer applications, drama, leadership and yearbook, they also have off campus field trips each year, on campus assemblies, weekly chapel services, a full cafe program serving breakfast, lunch, and before and after school snacks. The school also hosts a yearly Grandparents Chapel, Veterans Chapel, Christmas Program, and Worship Fest! They also are ACSI members and participate in the Speech Meet, Spelling Bee, Math Olympics, Science Fair, and Creative Writing Festival. The school also adopted NEW curriculum in that meets state and national standards. The staff all have a calling by God to be involved in Christian school education, most have a BA and ACSI certification, many have credentials and Master's degrees. The school has undergone a change in leadership, the new principal has 7 years teaching experience at PHCS, is highly qualified, and passionate about bringing PHCS to a level of excellence in all areas; spiritually, academically, and physically with the school grounds and programs that are offered.
