School Description
Nevada Connections Academy (NCA) is a distance education charter school that originally received authorization in 2007 from the Nevada State Board of Education to operate as a grade 4–12 school. In August 2008, NCA received permission from the State Board to add grades K–3 beginning with school year 2008–09. NCA will now serve students throughout Nevada in grades K–12.
Tuition-free Public School for Grades K–12
Our nationally accredited "school without walls" enables students to attend class outside the traditional classroom under the guidance of Nevada certified teachers. Because we are a public school, the curriculum is fully aligned to state standards, and there is no enrollment fee or tuition.
Connections Academy is accredited by The Commission on International and Trans-Regional Accreditation (CITA).
