  • i am actually a freshman at Bloomington High school South! Everyday that i attend here at South i am miserable! I don't get along with a lot of others here at south i don't like the way teachers do things either.I went to Edgewood Jr.High My 6th grade year and part of my 7th. I also had never been happier! My family moves a lot around bloomington and it has put me in a variety of schools! I have probably been to at least 20 different schools and Edgewood i can say was and still is my favorite! Everyday that i get up and ready for South i wish i was doing for Edgewood! From the time i get on the bus until the time i get off i have butterflies and a voice in my head saying,"you can do it you'll be home soon!" People ask me why i want to go to Edgewood so bad? Well, i could go on and on but the main reasons are:1.I feel welcome and like i belong lets just say i feel like im at home where i should be! 2.PEOPLE..I Have a few friends that go but even if i don't no the people they are so welcoming and everybody is different and it doesn't matter where you come from. People except you for who you are and don't care.It doesn't matter if you shop at Hollister or the good will because people like you for who you are!Everyone is there own and i love it. 3.TEACHERS... teachers take the time to help you and to make sure you understand they don't rush you to fast into things and you can go at your own pace. Teachers don't judge you or treat you different then others they are also very friendly. So there are a few reasons why i tell people. See south is completely different! It does matter how you dress and if it isn't from expensive places you don't fit in! The teachers do rush you and are not welcoming. pretty much i feel like the ugly duckling that doesn't belong. Its not that way at Edgewood and that is why i want to be there! So Teachers, staff, students keep doing what you do because im sure others feel the same way i do! i where my Edgewood shirts to south all the time because i know where i belong! GO EDGEWOOD!
