  • I was 6 when I started school here. It was back in 1968, and we had to leave a 1 room school house to enter this brand new school. It wasn't quite ready but they condemed the 1rm school house so we had to go to school above a bar in Donahue which later burnt to the ground. I remember my name was on the gym wall for records being broke. I wonder if my name is still there? Mary Hopkins is the name and they nicked named me rabbit.
