  • Don't forget the carnations with a note attached that could be purchased for $1 each to be handed out as gifts on Valentine's Day. :-)

  • Wakefield is a small school, but in a GOOD way. The teachers care so much about the kids, they will do anything they possibly can to get them to exceed. I feel that Wakefield School prepared me fantastically for my college career.
The principal at Wakefield is probably one of the most involved principals you will ever run into. From serving Christmas dinner to throwing down kungfu moves in the hallways, the principal is always available to the students and teachers for advice and help.
There are fantastic sports programs at Wakefield, it may be a small school, but Wakefield takes its sports seriously, and everyone gets into the gameday spirit.
Although sports are important, Wakefield considers academics to be of higher importance. The coaches make sure that all the atheletes are doing well both academically and physically.
The music program at Wakefield is almost bigger than the sports program. Although the sports teams are good, people come to games just to listen to the band. In fact, over half of the student body are in a music class. Most of the school is in the band!
The enviroment in the school is wonderful. As a student, you can walk down the hall and just feel at home. It is a great place to learn, to live, and to be.
