  • The principal of CH helps the students to see the importance of respecting the staff, their peers and themselves. From my point of view, students grow greatly academically each year they are there. Most of the teachers are well qualified and let the students know they are interested in their future. There are not many extracurricular activities or sports played here as it is elementary school, but there is not, compared to schools 20 years ago, a large emphasis on recess and it's importance in social and physical growth. However, the classrooms, building and playgrounds, in the way they are built and in the way the staff work, do give the student the ability to spend a day with little chance of being bullied by other students.
Currently, I only have children in the lower grades, but think that the homework load for their ages is a bit steep and wish they had less. But my children are learning by leaps and bounds and enjoy the staff and peers.
