  • I love everything about this school for my two children and especially my Autistic child. The schools teachers and aids are dedicated to their children and love their jobs. The community is very involved with the school and the office is always friendly and never judgmental unless appropriate. With the exception of the new principal, who is nice but needs to prove herself, the school is great! The programs they have incorporated for the children are unique to this school and they are great when it comes time to recognize individual children for their achievements.
The past principal is irreplaceable in the fact that it is very hard to find someone so dedicated and having such passion for his role in each child and parents lives. He allowed things in this school not all are willing to do such as get togethers amongst parents and teachers not formally to talk about their children especially with special needs such as autism, behavior, and even ADHD in the Counseling office over coffee. Also, the teachers were willing to go with the parents to speeches outside of school to help with special situations with the thumbs up of the principal. That's what makes a school work and parents work for the school.
