I am very unimpressed with this school. I find the teachers to be only interested in students who catch onto the material quickly. They lack any patience whatsoever for students who have some difficulty with a subject. They would rather blow that student off than to try and help the student. There is also a lack of teacher/parent communication. E-mails are not responded to, etc. I would never recommend this school to anyone.

I had the opportunity of going to two high schools - first going to North High and then another in Ohio. By far the education that I got at North Hagerstown was superior. The teachers cared about the students (and I wasn't in the popular crowd) and everyone worked as a team to get us educated. So hats off to NHHS.

never care for the rules this school places on the students, in self defenses. they don't take time out to lister to the kids, before judgement.
they over all testing and teaching ours kids need much improvement. the school froce on a playing field than more room and teachers to help with kids in need. they's need for improvement with staff
so teacher need to dismiss and other need more training. our kid has right to speak and right not to speak,fear such never be place in our kids mind on the ground that they be written up or kick out.
