  • We were worried about the closure of Adams elementary and our move to Roosevelt this 2006/07 school year. Adams is right in our neighborhood Roosevelt is 1 mile west of our house. we were well pleased with Adams and thought we'd never adjust to a new school BUT ROOSEVELT PROVED TO BE BIGGER BETTER NEWER and all around a wonderful place for our 1st and 4th graders. The merging of the Adams/Roosevelt staff as well as the combined talents of numerous parent volunteers make Roosevelt marvelous! There are strong academic results and a variety of activities making this school a community of people dedicated to providing the best for each child!
