  • I am a parent of a child who attends OVS and couldn't be more satisfied with the services he receives and most especially the devoted staff of teachers, paras, ancilllary staff and Mr. Fischer. I have utmost confidence in all of them

  • My daughter went to school @ Old Village for roughly 3 years.
I can see why some people would consider Art not "nice" but in my most honest opinion he is incredibly kind, a hands on principal who cares very deeply about every student there and the school itself. This is a man who, on his own time, has physically gone to the school to paint the railings that skateboarders have demolished. He, along with the rest of the staff work incredibly hard at staying up to date in the latest technologies and curriculum. I think it is safe to say that in many cases though, some people don't mesh and those dynamics just aren't there. So the previous reviewer may very well have had a much different experience than myself and I wouldn't negate her review. OV is definitely worth looking into. And Art is definitely worth getting to know.

  • Art Fischer speaks to students/faculty/parents in a demeaning fashion. Not a nice person to deal with, definitely not recommended.
