  • Why doesn't anyone answer the phone when you need to talk to someone? West middle school's office staff is lazy.

  • the school is ok but the rules are stupid. I'm going to eighth grade. already went to the school for seventh and TAPPAN in ann arbor is way better

  • i really like this school. i have not gotten into any trouble. people say they suspend u for dumb things. but if you go to school and learn like you are supposed to then you wont get in trouble. but everything at that school is cool. except the students!

  • This school is not the best... Taylor School District itself isn't good.... There are rules that are plain out stupid too... Like, no holes in jeans.. And they tell you 5th day of school like you should have known... That is what made me mad... Then you have to go out and buy new ones... Probably not able to take holey ones back... The school stinks... Hoover is more disciplined, and has much more caring teachers.

  • The comment above was meant to have a zero rating. My kid has been suspended for yawning like a cat, "acting like she had tourettes (for 2 days). She had a collar shirt on and kept flipping her hair out of. Today she was given a in house suspension for being in the vicinity of someone putting ping pong balls down someones shirt. She has a dr note for using the bathroom yet they took all her passes away. I am pulling my kids out of the district for the next school year.

  • I would not recommend this school to my worst enemy. They are more worried about getting the kids in trouble then their education.

  • this is one of the fastest declining schools ive ever heard of. Just last week alone i know of 1 kid who was suspended for a juice box in class

2 for wearing boots deemed as slippers

1 for prank calling a teacher and telling him he won free slurpies

3 ripped jeans with leggings underneath
their priority is suspending as many kids as they can( why i do not know)
other things such as bullying and fights take last priority. The Administration does not address any problems. They have replaced common-sense with nonsense

  • this school has too many rules and you will get in trouble for everything. The teachers rock.

  • this school has a great environment but there may be some things that could have been better but the most important thing is that the teachers are so determined to make sure you get an A+ and that you try your hardest!
