  • I went to this school for a year and a half, and it had to be the worst school ever. Yes. they are a"blue ribbon school". but that doesn't mean anything.. the teachers aren't very well educated themselves so how can they teach students? i view it as a poor school

  • I have only been going to NSHS for a year because I just finished Jr. High, and from my years experience I can tell you this school is one of the best. Not only does our school have one of the highest state test scores in Mississippi, but the great attitude that the teachers and staff put forth to their students is remarkable and the small school's atmosphere makes learning more possible and way more fun rather than a big school where the teachers have more students and don't have as much time to get to know students and teach them individually. This makes it much easier to learn because they take a personal touch to keeping your mind as sharp as possible to ensure that by the time that you graduate you've learned something! They care tremendously. Sports at my school are beyond successful and make great strides to keep our school up and moving. Mr. Ledbetter is the best principal a school could have, bringing fun and discipline in a way like never before. I wouldn't go to any other school!
