Mrs. Alexander is the only teacher I have really heard of that gives the children one on one time to advance their learning. If Dixon has a school class average of only 20 students, why aren't there more teachers trying with them, as opposed to just "barely getting by"? What happened to no student being left behind?

the (...) at dixon high is nothing but a (...). he kicked my son out for 10 days over hearsay some one called the school from the vo-tec bus and told them there was two kids on the bus that were snorting something up their nose. my son is no angel but when he looks you in the eye and tells you something well you can take it to the bank.my son told me that it wasnt him and told me who it was but i went and bought a multiple drug test, he very willingly took the drug test for me and guess what he passed 100% he then told me about one of dixons fine,fine police officers and the principal searched him and the other kid well they found the stuff that was being snorted in the other kids pocket so yea im pissed things aren't like they was when i went to school teachers had big paddles students had lots of respect i read that the high school (...) had windows put in the office doors before he was officially on the payroll. nobody could figure out why but i think he has to look over his shoulder for other mad parents like me

The superintendent is afraid of a small group of powerful parents. The principal, who doesn't want to be dismissed as the one last year was, is afraid of the supeintendent. Plagerism and grade inflation rules; discipline is shameful for a small, rural school.
