(2 / 5) Flag as inappropriate - This high school needs a weeding of a large amount of faculty members, including the (...). The school has a terrible math department, but a wonderful sports program and arts department. The board of education is completely blind towards teacher/student relations and students are usually ignored when stating any kind of problem to a higher authority. Don't get me wrong, a number of teachers are great at what they do, but another sum of teachers seems as though they have better things to do besides teaching. Overall, I give the school a D. Not an A, because the teaching and teacher morale/spirit is at a very low level. Creativity is sometimes shunned in the classroom environment, and new ideas are immediately shut down by the (...). Midland Park High School does not fail, however, because of their excellent arts, sports, extracurricular, English, and History departments.
Sometimes, the good can be great, but the small amount of bad can be so powerful that it overrides all great aspects of the school.
