  • Monroe BOCES 1 has a history of substandard internal controls and inadequate management oversight (I refer the reader to the N.Y.S. Office of the State Comptrollers latest audit report of the school). Monroe BOCES 1 administrators have often put their own self interests, the school's interests and staff interests ahead of student, parent, and community interests. I wouldn't be surprised if the anonymous parental complaint made against Special Education Teacher conveniently disappeared between the cracks.
