  • I am a parent who in unsatisfied with Meridian because, my child fell two grades behind in reading. I didn't even realize he had any problems until I recieved the CST scores from the previous (2nd grade) years tests. He was bullied on over a dozen occasions and came home with torn cloths on six occasions. I got a call to bring him some shoes because his were gone. His new pair of Wheely shoes were taken off of him. My son was scared and refused to tell who had taken them. The office staff made no attempt to find out the surrounding circumstances or who had taken them. I requested the principal call me about this matter. He never returned my call. I transfered him to a different school and got him into the Sylvan Program. With in three months his reading had improved a whole grade, and in six months he was at grade level. None of my children will attend Meridian ever again.
