  • I am student at this school and a basketball player and so far this school has been great I have been here for two years and I have been happy. The teachers are great and a lot of help when you need it. Sports at this school are very serious like soccer in swansboro in general is a big thing so you know it would be big at the school also with basketball it is very serious at our school and in swansboro. The coaches are great help and are teachers at the school. I would be crazy to not put my child in this school. The princpal does his fair share about the kids that are bad and is very well known I think every kid in swansboror should go to swansboro middle school.

  • Swansboro Middle School is Horrible and not a good place for Children to learn. There are too many fights, Gun Threats, and Bomb Threats for Children to Learn. The teachers are not nice they are very rude. If I was a parent I would not send my child to a Middle School like this. I am no longer a student there and I happier then going to Swansboro Middle School.

  • I would have to say this school is horrible. The principals are unfair and really rude. The food sucks and the teachers are rude and do not care about students only themselves. I do not go to this school any more and I would not recommend this school to any other students.

  • i have a child at this school who made principals list 3 of the 4 nine weeks and was present every day of the year-this includes breaking his foot on a thursday-was out friday for a workday and returning to school on monday. he never received a minutes notice on either of these wonderful accomplishments. i praise him for everything that he does accomplish and every time he puts 110% into it. i do not understand why he does not receive any of this from the school. it is very hard to explain to a 13 year old that sometimes it has to be enough to know that you did your best even if nobody else notices. i think that more focus and respect should be placed on the kids who try and do better than the ones who cause all the problems. if anyone from the school system could explain this to me or my child please feel free to do so.

  • I gave the school a C+ average, not because I think the school isn't so great, but the teachers are not very great. I have had nothing but trouble with the art teacher for the 6th. grade. It seems as though having a conference with her has made things worse for my son. I am thinking about dropping him from the class. He does not need it to complete the 6th grade.
