  • Shaw High School lacks resources needed to be an effective school, books and computers are virtually nonexistent. Also this school does not prepare the students for life in the real world.

  • Today I received a copy of Shaw High School's 50th Anniversary Shuttle (1903-1953) on my front doorstep. I had recently won this OUTSTANDING high school yearbook on eBay. Although I am a 1976 graduate of John Marshall High, I am so IMPRESSED with the QUALITY of Shaw High School in 1953, and after reviewing material from the PRESENT Shaw High School, I am happy to say it appears to be keeping in the fine tradition of Shaw High School History! I would be HONORED to send this 1953 Anniversary Edition to any student from the Graduating Class of 1953, knowing they would be THRILLED to have such a wonderful yearbook! This yearbook belonged to (...), and is FULL of autographs and wonderful well wishes. I can also easily see how SPECIAL student (...) was as well! THANK YOU for allowing me to share words about your school, Shaw High School. I wish ALL students from Shaw High School---past, present and future---joy, success and blessings their whole life through! Sincerely Semper Fi! Craig T. Glenzer
