  • Great school. If your child plays sports and you are not from the area, then be prepared for your child to sit on the bench.

  • Recent former student here. The accusations of discriminatory behavior in the school are blatant lies. In no way were we the students or the teachers prejudice against ANY of our fellow classmates. I'm sorry that some of you feel that way, but it just isn't true. This is a great school and everyone is very friendly.

  • as a former student, parent of current students and member of the community i have to say that the calls of racism are false and slanderous. i can tell you that the reasons behind any discrimination are not due to race. maybe if parents were more responsible and weren't so biased to their kids then maybe they could see why their kids were singled out. it has nothing to do with race. cherokee schools has been responsible for many whom have gone on to be very successful in life. myself included. it is a great school but they do not tolerate trouble.
