  • I have to say, I'm currently a freshman at Wagoner High. Lacks in education. If you have the money, it's great. Typical small town school system.

  • I still attend Wagoner HS, the teachers are pleasant and work with students but the students are unruly and the school needs a serious bully policy. I see it everyday and it's ridiculous.

  • I graduated from Waqoner in 2001, top of my class. I never understood how come 3/4 of my class got free lunch when they none had a clue what being poor was even about!! Idk just seems like they would've done something better with the money they used to pay for wealthy kids food. I also think Wagoner School's Lacked any real education and did not prepare me for the real world, Other than everyone ridiculed me for being poor!! I don't understand how teacher's of all people can view someone as less of a person because of how much money they have or don't have!!

  • I graduated in 1981 and found this school to be like all the others in the kids treated other kids, you have your snobs and nerds, you get out of a school what you put into it. The teachers were there for the students. I will say however if you didnt have money you were looked down upon BUT thats the way all small schools and towns are.

  • I attendend Wagoner High School in the late 70's. I found that the teachers (with the exception of one), were cold as well as the students. I attended 9 schools in 11 years, (I graduated my Junior year) and I must admit, Wagoner High was the worst school I ever attended. Had it not been for Mrs. Ethridge, who taught English, and did a wonderful job of it, I probably would have quit!

  • I take exception to the review posted on this website, I have constant contact with the school system and their students. We are like any other school system, if the students strive to do their best they are acknowledged. It makes no difference in their background or race. Wagoner is a lovely town with caring teachers and parents.

  • I attended Wagoner High and I must say that I thought it was lacking in education. If your parent was not someone big in Wagoner you were thrown to the side. My family continues to live there, but refuse to let their kids attend school in Wagoner . They commute to Tulsa. This is one of the most racist places in Oklahoma.
