  • Second district would be alot better if more parents would be more involved. I strongly belive that if you teach your child to be good @ home then they would be good at school , this is a two way street. Although yes i feel that some members of the staff take some serious things lightly , and some light things too serious. It is still the job of the PARENT to tell that child YOU GO TO SCHOOL TO LEARN !! That simply would make everyones job easier. I feel that these TSS students need a good whoopin! not some grown person walking around holding their hands. I feel that some of these parents need to stop acting like their child can do no wrong, Yet in school thier kids are showing their behinds and acting a fool.
Overall second district is a good school with room for improvement.

  • I was a past student in like i dont kno a long time ago in 2nd grade now I am in 9th going into 10th I hated that school ever since I do not recomend it unless they changed they things cuz I swear to goodness in 2nd grade I was always gettin locked in the bathroom stalls and getting bullied all the time and YOU FACULTY...did nothing yes NOTHING at all so I dont blame if you guys get shut down cuz you guys dont even care about wat happens to us students I was always going home with bruises and you guys didnt care but of course this is the used to be student of that school from way back in 2nd grade Now I moved to Erie, PA. and up here this is better schools for education they look for your educational thoughts and they dont let things go like yall do....
But I miss my one teacher from this second district school she was the only great teacher there and it was Ms. Carson or somthing like that

YOU FACULTY NEED TO STEP UP YOUR GAME AND LEARN TO CARE ABOUT THE STUDENTS EDUCATION!

  • It is with great disappointment that I submit this review. My children attend this school and it is my opinion that because the majority of the students are from low income families the faculty automatically assumes that us parents do not care what they do with our children. I feel like this school year has been a nonstop battle with trying to get my children through it. The (...) lets upset parents hear what they want to hear to get them out of his office but actually does nothing to correct very serious issues, teachers speak and treat children that do not meet their expectations unfairly and unprofessionally. With schools like this it is no wonder children end up hating school and dropping out. I strongly do not recommend this school to any parent that loves their child and sends them to school for actual learning and not humiliation and degradation.
