The student/teacher ratio is NOT 21 to 1. This school is extremely overcrowded. The ratio is more like; 31 to 1. There are way too many students walking the hallways and fights are always breaking out either in the lunch room or in the school yard. Franklin does NOT have the sufficient aides for the students. The children are very disrespectful to parents who enter the building as also, security is HORRIBLE.
