  • Horrible! As a parent walking the halls, the disrespect was over the top! I heard the f bomb at least 4 different times. Does this happen in jr. high, of course it does, but it shouldn't, especially in front of adults. My child came home in tears from all the talk about drugs and violence. Can't comment on the teachers or staff because we pulled her out immediately!

  • This school is a horrible influence for my kid. They have all these (...) talking about how they are going to shank someone or jump someone or get high before class so they can't remember anything. The pre algebra department hardly teach. They just expect the children to understand how to do the incredibly hard math. My child tells me everyday how (...) just expects her to do her work and understand every little bit of it. She gets a horrible grade because she doesn't understand and when she tries to ask questions he will just ignore her and walk away to his computer desk. This is not acceptable to me. Your school needs to either raise its standards or get rid of the teachers that are harming the students learning.

  • I love Payson Jr. High. It's a great school and has many fun extracurricular sports activities and guitar clubs, and show choir. The principal is great and I love the teachers.
