  • Great school! Mr. Phillips is a Great Principal!
We moved here in the fall of 2009 and did not get a very "warm welcome" from the counselors. I was less than excited about the prospects of my child being placed appropriately into classes at the Honors level. However, we met the Principal at the orientation night- he set up a personal meeting for us the very next morning! Additionally, he personally made the copies of our child's documents while getting to know us.
If you transfer to this school it is great - but if your child is academically gifted (GT in Fairfax lingo) prepare yourselves for alot of paperwork and red tape! Or just go straight to the top.
