  • From Private to Public and VERY Happy with the move. This elementary school has exceeded my expectations. My son is a gifted-accellerated learner in the first grade and the school staff was very quick in reconizing and helping him continue to stay ahead and challenged throughout the year. We visited last year when we were initially dissatisfied with our Private school choice and we regret not transferring him sooner. I am very pleased and am Happy to be promoting John Tyler as a great Elementary School. I am a proud parent and resident of Portsmouth.
