  • my son just started school there it seems good but very un organized in the office. Im a working mother & for school info i always check the letters they give the students to take home. On the school activity calendar it stated kindergarten students the get out early at 1:11 pm on 8/5/09 and it was incorrect, my baby sitter was there an hour early to pick my son up and school was still in session, she was asked to go to the office get schedule information and a very rude office employee told her all that information was already given to the parent through the school calendar, she didnt realize the calendar was wrong. In my opinion this is a very good school so far but the office needs better management. I believe they are there to help out not make things harder and let us walk out of there more confused.

  • The staff at state street is very knowledgeable and respectful. They communicate with the parents in a professional manner. My child's education is my number one concern and i feel and know that his teacher(s) feel the same way at state street elementary.
